We loved how this hotel was close to everything. We could easily walk to all the tourist spots in this city from this 4 or 5 star establishment. The hotel facilities were great, and we never had to worry about parking thanks to the ample basement and next-to-hotel options. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and attentive to our needs.
There was nothing we didn't like.

During Christmas, I stayed in a hotel situated in the heart of the city. The hotel was conveniently located close to the shopping malls and had friendly staff. I loved the special breakfast that was served every morning.
The hotel has a few negative aspects that I cannot overlook. the room was quite smelly, and the air conditioning and hot water in the bathroom were not functioning well.
